Welcome to my electronic portfolio. My name is Margret Virostek and I am a senior at Ashland University. I am studying to become an Elementary Education teacher in K-3. I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. I am very excited to finish my Bachelor's degree and one day have a classroom of my own. When I began this technology class I had very little experience with any of the things I now know how to do. I could use Word and Power Point, but didn't know what a wiki or a webquest was. Through taking this class, I now have the knowledge to help me and my future students engage in a new and exciting learning process.
The purpose of this portfolio is to share with you the different tools I've learned to use over the course of this class. Through the many assignments I've done, I have learned how to use these emerging technological ideas in my classroom and with curriculum. This porfolio will tell you a bit about each of the assignments and give you an example of what you can do with these emergent technologies.

While on each of the pages, there is a link toward the bottom that will show you the example I have created for that particular assignment.
